License presented by president of Peterborough chapter

Today at a brief ceremony covered by Northumberland Today columnist Cecilia Nasmith, our President-designate Ted Devonshire was presented our Barbershop Harmony Society License to operate as the Northumberland Hills, ON Chapter by Roger E. Wilson, President of the Peterborough Chapter. Peterborough sponsors the launch of this new chapter and will provide oversight and mentoring until we obtain our Charter.
